Process When Buying Property With SD IRA Funds

  1. Funds are transferred to a SD IRA custodian
  2. Identify a property
  3. Make an offer in the name of the SD IRA
  4. Send the offer to the custodian of the SD IRA
  5. The custodian will sign at closing and the SD IRA will own the title
  6. The custodian of the SD IRA will distribute funds as appropriate
